Bijou a French bar located in the area of the metro station Belorusskaya. The project has an extensive bar menu with a great variety of signature and classic cocktails, mocktails, wine and soft drinks. The menu items include the dishes of classic French cuisine such as escargot, onion soup, gougères with salmon rillettes and with cream cheese and thyme, creme brulee and eclairs. On weekends the guests may catch DJ sets and dance, and Bijou often hosts various theme-based events.

Dmitry Orlov, a chef who is in charge of cuisine (Umi Oysters, Bjorn, "Petrov i Vasechka", Dry&Wet). Igor Kokoulin is in charge of bar (DK, Pho Fighters, Bijou). The team is focused on classics, but also regularly finds forgotten or not-so-common cocktails and adapts them to modern tastes.
